During my New Year stay, I was impressed with the friendly staff who provided excellent customer service. They were always welcoming and had a smile on their faces. the room I stayed in was clean and was tidied up daily. The size of the room was spacious, and the window insulation was so effective that the street noise didn't bother me at all. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.
It would have been helpful to know beforehand to ensure I had enough local currency on arrival. This was a slight inconvenience for me.

the place is fairly clean and well-maintained. welcoming and polite staff here from cleaners to receptionists. there is variety of fabulous food for breakfast. its location is particularly good, just next door to the town centre and the beach, and the chaiyapoon inn on soi chaiaypoon, surprisingly quiet area.

A good small hotel in Pattaya with genuinely friendly staff from cleaners to Receptionists. A wide array of amazing food at breakfast time. The location fantastic close enough to everything. Based close to good eateries located nearby-both Thai and world cuisine including a fish & chip shop in nearby Soi Lengkee as well as Indian, Greek, TexMex, Chinese and Italian restaurants, central pattaya, and night life and loads of shops, bars virtually outside.
Beds were too hard.

We had a great stay at Chaiyapoon Inn. The room was a good size and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, as it was in the center of massage city and close to Walking Street. It was easy to get around on the Baht bus and there were plenty of little bars, restaurants, and massage places on the soi. The local massage girls were very friendly and not pushy, making our stay even more enjoyable. we were happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again.
Cannot find any fault. 🤷♀️

A huge variety of fab food. Cheap, luxurious rooms complete with balcony, good WiFi plus great ac. Great location as only 5 minutes to a shopping mall.

I gotta say, my stay at this hotel was totally worth the money. The room was spacious and clean, and I couldn't ask for more. The location was perfect for me, right in the heart of the massage city with easy access to Walking Street. The staff were amazing, always greeting me by name and going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Definitely coming back!
Now, when it comes to breakfast delights, I just wish there were more options.
